On 23 April 2020, the NEO-Ukraine team organised Cluster Facebook-webinar “National Higher Education Reform Experts team (HERE team): new knowledge and opportunities in the modernization of HEIs study programs”.
More than 1300 participants joined the online.
During the Facebook webinar, Zhanna TALANOVA provided presentation on the current development of the national higher education system in the context of the Bologna Process and the European Higher Education Area, as well as covered the issues of National Legislation for Quality Assurance. During the presentation, the speaker highlighted the key components of educational programs modernization: competencies, learning outcomes, European qualifications metaframeworks and National Qualifications Framework, standards of higher education, ECTS. Matrix of correspondence of competencies defined by the standard / educational program and learning outcomes to NQF descriptors were also presented. As a result of the event, all participants received comprehensive information on step-by-step recommendations for the development and modernization of educational programs within the Erasmus+ projects.
