ESN workshop “Is Erasmus for All?” (30.05.2023, Brussels)

On 3 May 2o23 NEO – Ukraine Coordinator Svitlana SHYTIKOVA attended ESN workshop “Is Erasmus for All?” moderated by the European University Foundation within the 2nd Erasmus+ Salon.

The main topic of the event were inclusion, notably tackling the question of socio-economic criteria that can make Erasmus+ truly for all. The ESNsurvey 2021 showed that over 52% of respondents cover less than 50% of their living costs with the Erasmus+ grant.

Dring the event participants debated on the relevance of the current grant calculation mechanisms and initiatives underway to come up with novel approaches aimed at making Erasmus+ truly for all.
