Expert activities of the National Higher Education Reform Experts Team at the national and international levels

In January-June 2020, the National Higher Education Reform Experts Team of the Erasmus+ Programme carried out expert activities at the national and international levels with the preparation and publication of different analytical materials.

The HERE team members are the following:

• Yuriy RASHKEVYCH, member of the National Qualifications Agency; Professor of the Lviv Polytechnic National University; Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine (2018-2019): member of the National Qualifications Agency; member of the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; participant of the Erasmus+ EDUQAS project ” Internal QA Model & Cooperation with students and employers”.
• Vadym ZAKHARCHENKO, Vice-Rector, National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”: member of the International Correspondence Group for the Development of Action Verb Taxonomy to determine learning outcomes in standard of training courses of the International Maritime Organization at the United Nations; official partner of the international research project “A coefficient of voltage energy efficiency” of the International Association of Maritime Universities; member of the Panel of Experts of the International Maritime Organization of the United Nations to assess information on the national system of training and certification of seafarers of the State of Belize; member of the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; advises the MESU of Ukraine on implementation 2017/2397 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe on the recognition of professional qualifications in navigation and repealing Council Directives 91/672 / EEC and 96/50 / EC; and is the national coordinator of the Erasmus+ project “Qualifications recognition support for Ukrainian universities”.
• Volodymyr LUGOVYY, First Vice-President, National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine: Chairman of the Commission for the Election of NAQA Members; member of the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the development of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Adult Education”; member of the working group of the National Council for the Development of Science and Technology on the preparation of proposals for changes in legislation to ensure the reform of the National Academy of Sciences.
