National Conference on Career Counselling and Guidance: National Experience, Current Challenges and the European Dimension (16.10.2026, Kyiv)

On 16 October 2026, the National Conference on Career Counselling and Guidance “National Experience, Current Challenges and the European Dimension” will take place in Kyiv.

The conference is aimed at professionals and organisations working at the intersection of career development, education and the labour market. Participants will discuss current challenges in career counselling and guidance, as well as European solutions for career development in Ukraine.

A dedicated session, “From Idea to Results: European Solutions for Career Development in Ukraine”, will be held with the participation of the National Europass and Euroguidance Centres and the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine. The session will focus on European tools, professional support and international partnerships for shaping career pathways, developing competences and creating new educational opportunities. Results of the EU Erasmus+ programme projects PROMENT and SMART-PL will also be presented.
