International Erasmus+ Week in Ukraine: Jean Monnet Day (8.11.19, Kyiv)
On November 8, 2019, within the framework of the International Erasmus + Week in Ukraine, Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Day: Cluster Workshops was held. The day consisted of two parts: Part 1. On How to Implement Jean Monnet Project Successfully (for winners) and Part 2. On How to Apply to Calls for Proposals 2020 (for potential partners).
International Erasmus+ Week in Ukraine was organized jointly by National Erasmus+ office – Ukraine together with: Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine; Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Ukraine; the EU Delegation to Ukraine; Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA); Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Co-organizers: Erasmus+ Agencies from Programme Countries, National Erasmus+ Offices from Partner Countries, Programme and Partner Countries Universities.
Volodymyr BUGROV, Vice-Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and Liubov SHCHITKA, Acting Director-General, Head of the Expert Group on European Integration and International Relations Coordination of the Strategic Planning and European Integration Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine welcomes participants more than 250 Erasmus+ contacts, International Relation Offices, Universities Staff, Researchers in European Studies, NGO working on European Integration issues, Jean Monnet projects’ teams and coordinators of current projects (2016-2019 calls), Erasmus+ contacts, International Relation Offices, Accountants from Berdyansk, Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Nizhyn, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Uman, Kherson, Khmelnitsky, Chernihiv.
During the Part 1. Petro KRAINIK, NEO – Ukraine, Oksana HOLOVKO-HAVRYSHEVA, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Igor YAKYMENKO, National University of Food Technologies provided presentations on “Jean Monnet projects – Guidelines on How to Use the Grant (management, implementation, visibility rules, reporting)”. Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, NEO – Ukraine, presented national peculiarities for projects implementation in line with Ukrainian legislation and experience of UA implementers.
During the Part 2. Petro KRAINIK, NEO – Ukraine, Marja NESTEROVA, National Pedagogical Dragomanov University presented key recommendations on “Jean Monnet projects – Guidelines on How to Write Project Proposal”. Marina KEDA, Taras Shevchenko National University “Chernihiv Collegium”, Igor YAKYMENKO, National University of Food Technologies, Oksana HOLOVKO-HAVRYSHEVA, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv presented their cases on “Tips and Tricks from Ukrainian Universities winners of the projects”.
