Introductory speech at the Training for Trainers programme ‘AI Mindset in Entrepreneurial Spaces’ of the HEI TRAIN project (09.06.2025, online)

On June 9, 2025, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine joined the Training for Trainers programme ‘AI Mindset in Entrepreneurial Spaces’ of the HEI TRAIN project, implemented under the EIT HEI Initiative with the support of the European Union. The event was organised by project partners from Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, and Ukraine as part of a Training for Trainers format targeting educators, consultants, business professionals, and innovation leaders.

More than 300 participants joined the event online.

The participants had the opportunity to explore the concepts, opportunities, and risks of artificial intelligence in education, consulting, and entrepreneurship. The programme offered hands-on experience with no-code and low-code platforms, integration of AI tools into teaching and consulting, data analysis, strategic planning, and ethical approaches in sustainable sectors. The interactive training included expert talks, project labs, sector-specific roundtables, and collaborative project development.

During the opening session, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, delivered a welcome speech. She highlighted the importance of strengthening the innovation capacity of higher education institutions, encouraging active participation in EU programmes, particularly the EIT HEI Initiative, and enhancing educators’ competencies in the field of artificial intelligence to support resilient and forward-looking education systems.
