Materials of the webinar “Features of mobility projects implementation during the war and additional opportunities to support university students&staff” (30.03.2022, online)
As part of the assistance to Ukraine, the European Commission has provided flexibility in the implementation of KA107 International Academic Mobility projects to support students and staff of Ukrainian HEIs.
On 30 March 2022, the National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine held a webinar “Features of mobility projects implementation during the war and additional opportunities to support university students&staff”. Event was organised with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in cooperation with the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and Erasmus Student Network Ukraine. More than 120 participants – Erasmus+ institutional coordinators, IROs and HEIs staff responsible for international cooperation from different regions of Ukraine joined the webinar.
During the event, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, coordinator of the NEO in Ukraine, presented novelties in mobility projects within the new Erasmus+ Programme for 2021-2027, emphasizing cross-cutting principles and inclusiveness. The speaker focused attention on the key steps of submitting applications, their evaluation, as well as implementation of projects “before” and “after” mobilities, etc. In addition, recommendations for institutions leadership, Erasmus coordinators, HEIs students and staff regarding the implementation of mobility projects during the war, in particular through the case study of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” were provided.
