Mychailo Wynnyckyj on a Major Higher Education Reform on the Morning Show “Snidanok” (08.01.2024, online)

On January 5, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Financing Higher Education and Providing Targeted State Support to Its Students”. The draft law will soon be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for consideration.

What changes have occurred in higher education financing? How can Ukrainian students studying abroad be encouraged to return? And when will student scholarships increase?
