NEO in Ukraine and Review of national legislation and educational policy
The NEO – Ukraine and HEREs monitor changes in legislation regulating the field of education. Based on the results of 2022, a review of national legislation and education policy was prepared (discourse on legislative changes and analysis of the draft Ukraine Recovery Plan (Education and Science section) in the context of the EHEA documents and the Bologna principles, in particular at the request of the EU Delegation to Ukraine in September 2022. In general, the Education and Science section of the Recovery Plan corresponds to the priorities of the European Education Area. However, the Erasmus+ Programme as an important tool for achieving the political goals of the European initiatives to create the European Education Area and the European Higher Education Area is considered rather limited in the document.
