Participation in EDUPRO 2025 Workshop #3: Navigating Uncertainty: How Continuous Development Builds Resilient and Effective Educators (17.04.2025, online)

On April 17, 2025, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine took part in the international workshop EDUPRO 2025 #3: Navigating Uncertainty: How Continuous Development Builds Resilient and Effective Educators, held online via YouTube. The event was organised by SoftServe in partnership with the EDUPRO platform and with the participation of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine.

More than 100 participants joined the event online, including educators, trainers, mentors, and professionals interested in continuous development and resilience in education.

The workshop focused on the role of lifelong development as a foundation for educators’ resilience, inner confidence as a driver of effective teaching, and education as a shared transformational journey. Participants explored strategies for continuous learning, self-reflection, and personal responsibility for growth in a rapidly changing educational environment.

Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, delivered a welcome address. In her speech, she emphasised the importance of building inner resilience among educators, fostering a culture of lifelong learning, and engaging with the international opportunities provided by the EU Erasmus+ Programme to support both personal and professional advancement.
