Participation in the ISAR Ednannia Presentation “National Youth Policy: Priorities, Programmes, Partnerships” (09.04.2026, Kyiv)
On 9 April 2026, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine participated in the public presentation “National Youth Policy: Priorities, Programmes, Partnerships”, organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine and ISAR Ednannia, with financial support from the Government of Denmark. The event focused on presenting the implementation mechanisms of Ukraine’s new national youth policy until 2030 and strengthening cooperation among public authorities, international organisations, and the youth sector.
The event brought together representatives of public authorities, international organisations, civil society, youth institutions, and partner organisations. Participants were introduced to the new State Target Social Programme “Youth of Ukraine: The Generation of Resilience – 2030”, which outlines seven strategic priorities for youth policy, including strengthening youth participation, promoting international youth cooperation, advancing the digitalisation of youth work, supporting young people’s mental well-being, enhancing institutional capacity, and creating opportunities for youth empowerment.
Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, participated in the event. The discussions focused on opportunities for strengthening international youth cooperation, enhancing coordination between public institutions and international partners, and exploring the potential contribution of the EU Erasmus+ Programme to implementing the priorities of Ukraine’s national youth policy.
The presentation provided an important platform for strengthening partnerships among governmental institutions, international organisations, and civil society, while contributing to a shared vision for the future development of the youth sector and expanding opportunities for young people in Ukraine.
