Participation in the kick-off meeting of CBHE SAFEMED+ project (24-25.02.2021, online)

On 24-25 February 2020, the Erasmus+ CBHE project SAFEMED+ ” Simulation in Undergraduate MEDical Education for Improvement of SAFEty and Quality of Patient Care ” was launched.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the project consortium: Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy, Georgia; University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain; Vilnius University, Lithuania; University of Catania, Italy; Yerevan State University, Armenia; Haybusak University, Armenia; Bukovinian State Medical University, Ukraine; I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ukraine. Also, Svitlana Shytikova, NEO – Ukraine Coordinator, Lika GHLONTI, NEO – Georgia Coordinator, and Lana KARLOVA, NEO – Armenia, joined the online event.

NEO – Ukraine Coordinator Svitlana SHYTIKOVA joined the meeting and provided the project team with key recommendations on project implementation and preparation for the kick-off meeting. Participants of the meeting improved awareness on promotion and dissemination of achieved project results and activities, enhanced understanding of Erasmus+ financial management rules, and increased cooperation, synergy with key stakeholders to spread planned impact via individuals, institutional, local and national levels.
