Participation of Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ in the discussion on higher education development in Kamianets-Podilskyi (29.04.2025, Kamianets-Podilskyi)

On 29 April 2025, Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine and Member of the Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) team, held a working meeting with the Academic Council of Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University.

The discussion addressed key issues in the development of Ukraine’s higher education system, including the implementation of new academic standards, strengthening research activity, and the introduction of a new staff category – “pedagogical worker”. Participants included Oksana VZHESHNEVSKA, First Deputy Head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration, and Oleksandr PUNDA, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Khmelnytskyi Region.

Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ presented expected reforms in Ukraine’s higher education system and outlined ways to enhance cooperation and institutional development among higher education institutions in Kamianets-Podilskyi, in line with European quality assurance approaches.
