Project Nutshell – Erasmus+ Project Management Toolkit for Higher Education Institutions

We invite you to get acquainted with the useful open resource Erasmus+ Project Management Toolkit for Higher Education Institutions.

This Toolkit is a collection of resources for administrative staff, academic staff and PhD students who fill the role of potential coordinators or partners of Erasmus Plus projects. It is a collection of templates, guides, useful resources for the preparation, implementation and completion in particular of Erasmus+ projects and the following actions: Cooperation Partnerships, Innovation Alliances, Forward-looking projects and Capacity Building projects in the field of Higher Education.

This publication will be useful for the teams of HEI that develop and implement Erasmus+ KA2 projects.

The materials include recommendations on calls for proposals and Erasmus+ KA2 projects. Cooperation among organisations and institutions and include a number of useful and practical examples of how to work with the LFM (logical framework), how to calculate budgets, flat-rate fund management, how to organise events, reporting requirements, and much more.

However, please note that this publication was prepared in 2023, so it is always important to check the terms and conditions of the call and the specifics of each new call year with the Erasmus+ Programme Guide!
