Six new projects for Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers selected under the EU-funded Erasmus+ Programme
Six new projects involving 17 organisations-VET providers from Ukraine have been selected for funding under the European Union Erasmus+ Programme for Capacity Building in the Field of Vocational Education and Training (VET). More than 27 million has been allocated to the 73 new projects, covering 73 countries and selected from a record number of eligible evaluated proposals.
Ukrainian organizations will benefit from the experience of European partners and expand their capacity to implement reforms in the field of Vocational Education and Training.
Selected for funding projects will be implemented jointly with 47 partners from 16 Counties: Azerbaijan, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Ukraine.
17 partners from Ukraine will represent: one Higher Education Institution from Chernivtsi, one Vocational Education Centre from Ivano-Frankivsk, one Centre For Training from Apostolove, three Vocational Lyceums from Slavuta, Bershad, Marhanets and Lisovody, six Higher Vocational Schools from Korets, Berdychiv, Chervone, Pohrebyshche, Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia, one college from Medenychi, CIVITTA Ukraine LLC, NGO “Euroregion Dniester”, and the Development Centre “Democracy through Culture”.
The EU grant for each project ranges from EUR 100,000 to EUR 400,000 and is intended to support the professional development of staff in participating institutions. Together with their partners, they will work on improving educational programmes, developing innovations and teaching/learning resources, organising events and study visits, enhancing modern infrastructure, and more. The implementation period ranges from 1 to 3 years.
As a result of 2022-2025 calls, 127 partners from 28 countries with 44 VET providers from Ukraine in partnerships are involved into implementation of 16 projects on Capacity Building in the Field of Vocational Education and Training, jointly.
