Study visit of the HERE team to Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) (3-4.09.2024, Tampere)

On 3-4 September 2024, members of the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts of Erasmus+ (HERE team), IRYNA ZOLOTARYOVA and YURIY RASHKEVYCH, participated in a study visit to Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Finland.

The event showcased how the higher education institution fosters partnerships with business to achieve goals such as graduate employability and the creation of sustainable innovation ecosystems. Participants gained comprehensive insight into how TAMK employs various forms of collaboration to develop curricula, integrated learning, and cooperation between lecturers and students, as well as initiatives such as learning laboratories and applied research centres.

IRYNA ZOLOTARYOVA, Professor at the Kharkiv National Economic University Named after Semen Kuznets, shared her unique experience of initiatives and collaboration with the Kharkiv IT Cluster. Projects supporting and advancing lecturer professional development, reviewing educational programmes, career guidance initiatives, participation in teaching professionally-oriented disciplines, student internships, entrepreneurship training, and numerous social projects attracted significant interest and received positive feedback from participants representing over 20 partner countries.
