Training seminar for IRO and HEIs institutional Erasmus+ coordinators: peculiarities of institutional coordination and impact, opportunities, call results, international professional networks and events (17.10.2024, online)
On October 17, 2024, within the framework of #ErasmusDays 2024 NEO – Ukraine team organised Training seminar for IRO and HEIs institutional Erasmus+ coordinators on peculiarities of institutional coordination and impact, opportunities, call results, international professional networks and events. The events within #ErasmusDays 2024 were organized by the NEO team in Ukraine together with the support of the co-organizers (for more details, see the description of the #ErasmusDays 2024 concept).
More than 250 participants – representatives of International Relations Office and HEIs institutional Erasmus+ coordinators from Ukrainian HEIs.
In the first part of the seminar, Svitlana Shytikova, NEO – Ukraine Coordinator , spoke about the peculiarities of institutional coordination and influence, Erasmus+ opportunities, the key results in different KAs, importance in joining international professional networks and events, the rules for visualizing and disseminating information about the activities and results of Erasmus+ projects, cooperation with partners, quality assurance, reporting, etc.
In the second part of the event, the speaker provided recommendations how to address the challenges of project implementation related to the events delay, disbursement of project funds, purchase of equipment, currency transfers, targeted use of funds, etc.
At the end of the event, the speaker and IRO staff as well as institutional Erasmus+ coordinators discussed current issues and shared their experiences and good practices.
