Webinar “EU Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027” (21.06.2022, online)
On 21 June 2022, NEO-Ukraine team held a webinar (information sessions) on the EU Erasmus+ Programme opportunities for representatives of the Khmelnytsky Humanities and Pedagogic Academy and other institutions of higher and VET institutions (more than 80 participants in total).
During the event, the NEO-Ukraine team had 3 information sessions on the opportunities of Jean Monnet Action, International Credit Mobility for organizations, youth exchanges, as well as Erasmus+ opportunities in the field of VET.
Petro KRAINIK, NEO-Ukraine Manager, presented the opportunities of the Jean Monnet Action, priorities and values of European studies, recommendations on development and submission of project applications, practical steps and implementation of activities in projects during martial law, visualization rules, academic integrity, management integrity, dissemination of results, ensuring the quality and sustainability of project results, issues of inclusion, ensuring synergies and cooperation between projects, communication with stakeholders and target groups, etc.
Ivanna ATAMANCHUK, NEO-Ukraine Manager, highlighted the key features and aspects of the implementation of mobility projects Erasmus+. The speaker provided advice on finding partners, taking into account the specifics and requirements for recognition of Erasmus + international mobility projects outcomes, signing contractual documents and agreeing on internal procedures for quality and transparent implementation of projects for students and university staff. A number of exceptional measures for the integration of Ukrainian educators within Erasmus+ mobility projects for the period of the war in Ukraine were also outlined. The representative of the NEO-Ukraine stressed the importance of gaining valuable European experience and competencies by participants during the participation in Erasmus + mobility, necessary for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
Veronika TKACHENKO, NEO-Ukraine Manager, presented Erasmus+ opportunities for VET institutions, emphasizing new opportunities for cooperation and capacity building through the implementation of various projects with partners from Ukraine and the EU, as well as opportunities for youth exchanges. The Speaker also drew attention to the innovations of the Erasmus+ Programme for Ukrainians during the war.
