Participation of the HERE team in the updating of the Laws of Ukraine in the field of Higher Education

In 2020, the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Some Laws of Ukraine on Improvement of Educational Activities in Higher Education” (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/392-20#Text), developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the participation of representatives the National Higher Education Reform Experts Team of the Erasmus+ Programme came into force.

This Law introduced a number of amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, including clarifying the definition of basic notions, descriptions of HE levels, the content of information provided in HE documents. In addition, the regulations on licensing, standards and accreditation were also edited.
