Presentation of Erasmus+ opportunities at the All-Ukrainian Youth Forum (10-12.08.2023, Kyiv)

On August 10-12, 2023, the All-Ukrainian Youth Forum “Recovery in Unity” was held in Kyiv within Youth Days in Ukraine. The Ukrainian Youth Forum was organized by the Council on Youth Affairs under the President of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and 14 international partners.President of Ukraine Volodymyr ZELENSKYI, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys SHMYHAL and Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Vadim GUTZAIT joined the Forum.

The purpose of the Forum was to unite various youth NGOs and organizations aimed at their joint coordination for active participation in the implementation of youth policy during the war period and after it.

The forum brought together more than 500 participants from different regions of Ukraine, 50 speakers and 14 international partners. In particular, from August 10 to 12, participants and international partners got to know each other, as well as thematic discussions about volunteering were held.

During the first dat of the event, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA and Kateryna ZHDANOVA, NEO in Ukraine, provided presentation of the opportunities of the EU Erasmus+ Program in youth and sports and held a session of individual consultations for the active youth of the event. Speakers presented individual opportunities for youth, youth organizations and the innovations of the Program for Ukrainians during the war. Additional educational opportunities from various EU countries with the support of active youth of Ukraine were also presented. The speakers emphasized new Erasmus+ calls for 2024, in particular, ncapacity building of youth and sports, highlighting the key features and priorities for further partnerships.
