The course “Pan-European convergence of legal, economic and cultural foundations for the prevention of corruption” is intended for lawyers (master degree students). This course explains the following issues: 1) basic concepts, structure of the phenomenon of corruption, interconnections with related phenomena; classification of corruption phenomena and their place in the mechanisms of legal regulation and public administration; legal regulation of relations in the field of ill-treatment and prevention of corruption; historical and political ties of patterns of formation of ideas, ideas and beliefs about corruption; legal principles and other characteristics of the mechanism of counteraction to corruption; procedural and legal elements in the mechanism of counteraction to corruption; 2) anthropological & sociological associations of patterns the ideas and beliefs about corruption; national and other essential ties of the patterns; economic preconditions and reasons for successful prevention of corruption; the content and significance of linguistic and extralinguistic means in the relevant borrowing of the achievements of the legal doctrine, examples of legal regulation and positive experience of preventing corruption from European countries to Ukraine; 3) the regularities and system of economic relations and corruption; illustrations and discussions on the concentration and centralization of corruption in the form of corruption networks; characteristics of social inequality and imbalance as corruption risks; the corruption problems of transitive economies; 4) concept anticorruption legal model and its components; corruption risks in the spheres of law-making, law enforcement, protection and protection of law; social practices of corruption relations and anti-corruption struggle; public control over the integrity of civil servants.
