Training on project proposals writing “Capacity Building in the Field of VET (CBVET): From Idea to Application” for the 2025 call (16.10.2024, Kyiv)

On 16 October 2024 within the #ErasmusDays 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office team organused a training for beginners on writing projects in the action “Capacity Development in the Field of VET (CBVET): from Idea to Application”. The events within the #ErasmusDays 2024 were organized by NEO in Ukraine jointly and with the support of co-organizers.

About 20 representatives of VETIs from different regions of Ukraine joined the event.

Tetyana BILETSKA, Deputy Director of the Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, welcomed the participants and highlighted the active participation of VET institutions in Erasmus+ callsin various areas, and emphasized the ongoing support of the Ministry of Education and Science for potential participants and winners.

Veronika TKACHENKO, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine presented the CBVET action of the EU Erasmus+ Programme, main priorities, goal, objective, details of partnerships, key results, etc. Participants also received practical knowledge and training on registering institutions on the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal and obtaining PIC and OID codes, as well as recommendations on finding foreign partners and working with the Partner Identification Form (PIF).

In the second part of the event, speakers presented application forms, talked about the requirements for submitting applications and key selection criteria, focused on the basics of preparing project applications (goal, objectives, expected results, quality, impact), and provided recommendations for further work on projects.

As a result of the event, participants learned: to develop innovative courses, effectively use modern technologies in education, cooperate with international partners, and introduce new methods into the educational process.
