IX International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Actual problems of forming the creative personality of a teacher in the context of preschool and primary education subsidy” (26-27.03.2025, hybrid format)

On 26-27 March 2025, the conference “IX International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Actual problems of forming the creative personality of a teacher in the context of preschool and primary education subsidy” was held in Vinnytsia (Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University) in a mixed format (at the university and on the Zoom platform, with broadcasting on YouTube). The event was organised in cooperation with the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EAEA), the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in close cooperation with the Institute for Modernisation of Education Content of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Pedagogium, Higher School of Social Sciences in Warsaw (Poland), Rēzekne Academy of Technology (Rēzekne, Latvia), Folkuniversitet (Sweden), Bialystok University (Bialystok, Poland), Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University, T.H. Shevchenko National University of Chernihiv Collegium, H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, and the Carpathian Regional University. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy, Berdiansk State Pedagogical University, Ukrainian Saturday School “Rodovid” (Copenhagen, Denmark), Ukrainian Organisation in Denmark “Lastivka”, Porta Vitae Foundation (Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland), NGO “Academy of Personal Development”, NGO “LogoClub”.

The event was attended by more than 800 participants (academics: professors, associate professors, PhDs, school teachers, educators of preschool education institutions, students) from different cities of Ukraine and Europe: Vinnytsia, Lviv, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Rivne, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Mukacheve, Kryvyi Rih, Lutsk, Sosnovets, Rezienkne, Warsaw, Copenhagen.

In her welcoming speech, Nataliia Lazarenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Honoured Worker of Education and Science of Ukraine, Rector of Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University, drew attention to the importance of cooperation with Erasmus+ and the implementation of projects of European importance.

The conference was addressed by:

Petro Krainik, Project Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, with a report on “FEATURES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF JEAN MONNET PROJECTS: REQUIREMENTS OF THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME AND CHALLENGES IN UKRAINE”. The speaker provided practical recommendations on implementing projects during martial law and spoke about the social significance and value of Jean Monnet projects in the educational and scientific environment, the need for communication with EACEA project officers during project implementation and reporting, about synergy and interaction between project teams; about communication at the university and ensuring the sustainability of the project and its results.

Svitlana Dotsenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Distance Learning Technologies and Digital Didactics in Preschool Education at H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, with a presentation on: “CREATIVE PERSONALITY OF A TEACHER AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND RISKS IN THE CONTEXT OF EDUCATIONAL CONTINUITY”

Inna Osadchenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Social Work and Rehabilitation, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. Anna Mlynarchuk-Sokolowska, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor at the Department of Education Sciences, University of Bialystok (Poland) with a report: “IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAMME FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCES ‘THE ADVENTURES OF THE OTHER’ IN POLAND: INCLUSIVE ASPECTS”

Valentyna Kushnir, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Poland), with a presentation: “LINGUISTIC INTEGRATION OF CHILDREN WITH EMIGRATION EXPERIENCE IN POLAND”

Mykola Shut, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Technologies of Preschool Education and Artistic Disciplines of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University with a presentation: “GAME TECHNOLOGY OF THE CREATIVE TEACHER AS A CONDITION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCTIVE EDUCATIONAL STRATEGY”

Rebecca Kinsella, Teacher of General Learning and History LOETB Further Education and Training Centre, Birr, Co. Offaly, Republic of Ireland with the report “FEATURES OF THE ORGANISATION OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN IRISH SCHOOLS”

Olena Rudyshyna, Student of General Learning with Childcare and the SNA LOETB Further Education and Training Centre, Birr, Co. Offaly, Republic of Ireland with the report “THE UKRAINIAN CULTURE INFLUENCE ON THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN IRELAND”

During the event, a masterclass “European Union + Ukraine = Safe Environment” was held within the framework of the Erasmus + Jean Monnet Module 101085524 – EcoEdEU – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH “Environmental Education of Preschool and Primary School Children: A European Approach”. Speakers: Inna Stakhova, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Primary Education, Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University; Inna Karuk, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Senior Lecturer at the Department of Preschool Education, Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University; Nataliia Kazmirchuk, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Primary Education, Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University; Nataliia Bayurko, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor.

The speakers focused on the educational practices of the European Union, environmental conservation programmes, extracurricular environmental activities, and the specifics of implementing European environmental education experience in Ukrainian educational institutions.

As a result of the event, the participants got acquainted with the implementation of the international programmes Eco-Schools, Learning About Forests (LEAF), Green Pack, GLOBE Programme, the activities of forest schools and kindergartens; the experience of Ukrainian teachers implementing European environmental experience.

In addition, the conference proceedings will be used to publish a collection of scientific papers, which will include separate sections on the scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, young researchers and students in the following areas:

  • Creation of an open green environment and outdoor activities for children: European dimension and Ukrainian traditions (within the project “Preschool education in a green environment: the synergy of European practices and Ukrainian traditions”. Project: 101085248 — PEGEU — ERASMUS-JMO- 2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH);
  • Preparation of future teachers for ecological education of the younger generation (as part of the project “Ecological education of preschool and primary school children: a European approach”. Project: 101085524 — EcoEdEU — ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH);
  • Social integration of children with special needs in an environment of diversity and inclusion: European approaches (within the project “Social integration of children with special needs in an environment of diversity and inclusion: European approaches”. Project: 101085267 — SEEDUE4UA — ERASMUS-JMO-2022 -HEI-TCH-RSCH).
