Presentation of EU Erasmus+ opportunities for staff and students of Bogomolets National Medical University (20.11.19, Kyiv)

On November 20, 2019 NEO – Ukraine provided Erasmus+ presentation within the Pediatric Forum at Bogomolets National Medical University. The presentation was attended by about 80 participants – students, faculty and administrative staff of the University.

The participants got an opportunity to learn about the EU Erasmus+ Programme goal, objectives and structure with its main components in higher education: KA1 – Learning mobility, KA2 – Capacity building in higher education, KA3 – Policy Reforms and Jean Monnet activities specifically aimed at enhancing European integration discourse. The institutional representatives (administration and lectures) actively participated in the discussion of practical steps for participation of Ukrainian universities in the Erasmus+ Programme, and individual opportunities to use in Ukrainian and European universities to build up self-governance, attractiveness and competitiveness. Useful materials about the Erasmus+ and promo materials were disseminated. Improved awareness of Erasmus+ for potential applicants and higher education stakeholders in general. Improved knowledge of the Erasmus+ for beneficiaries (organisations and individuals).
