Cluster Event Round table “Digital Transformations in Education and Society: the Impact of the Erasmus+ projects” (13.10.2021, online)
On 13 October 2021, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine held a Cluster event on digital transformation in education and society – Round tTable ” Digital Transformations in Education and Society: the impact of the EU’s Erasmus+ Programme”, which took place online on the Zoom platform. The event was organised by the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine with the support of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine together with Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, HERE team and Erasmus+ projects on capacity building in the field of higher education.
The event was joined by about around 60 representatives of educational and research institutions as well as students. The event was moderated by Zhanna TALANOVA, manager of the NEO – Ukraine.

Oleksandr PYZHOV, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Vira RYBAK, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine; Igor TSEPENDA, Rector of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and Svitlana SHYTIKOVA , Director of the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine joined the events with welcome speecjes highlighting the high relevance of digital transformations’ implementation in higher education spheres as well as impact of Erasmus+ CBHE projects.
Representative of the Ministry of Digital Transformations of Ukraine Ruslana KORENCHUK presented the Concept of Digital Transformation – 2025. The issue of digital transformations in society and business was presented by the Executive Director of the IT Cluster of Kharkiv – Olga SHAPOVAL. Representatives of Erasmus+ dComFra and MOPED projects (Serhiy BRONIN, Lyubov ZINYUK) highlighted the impact of projects on digital transformation in Ukraine.
Representatives of Higher Education Reform Experts team (HERE team) Oleg SHAROV and Iryna ZOLOTAROVA presented the impact of the Erasmus+ Programme on the modernization of education and social development. Oleh SHAROV, Director General, Directorate of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, reviewed training platforms and distance technologies; highlighted the issues of electronic management of the educational process and ensuring the quality of higher education, etc. Presentation by Iryna ZOLOTAROVA, Member of the NQAA, Professor of Information Systems Department, Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, was dedicated to the results and synergies of C3QA, MASTIS and EDUQAS projects. Speaker also focused on the activities of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education; cooperation with agencies in Latvia, France, Armenia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Georgia; implementation of international approaches to quality assurance; accreditation system of educational programs in Ukraine.
