Coordination meeting on the joint Erasmus Days 2026 communication campaign (02.07.2026, online)

On 2 July 2026, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine participated in an online coordination meeting of the Erasmus+ National Agencies dedicated to the preparation of the joint Erasmus Days 2026 communication campaign. The meeting was organised by the French Erasmus+ National Agency together with the FR01 communication team.

During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation of a joint international initiative to produce a short video featuring behind-the-scenes moments from Erasmus Days across Europe and showcasing the work of the National Agencies and National Erasmus+ Offices during this international event. Each participating organisation was invited to contribute one to three photographs in line with the common technical and visual guidelines.

Within the coordination meeting, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, contributed to the discussion on the organisational aspects of the international communication campaign and the further cooperation among the national structures of the Erasmus+ Programme.

The meeting also presented the technical recommendations for preparing the photo materials, agreed on the implementation timeline, and outlined the next steps in producing the joint video. According to the schedule, participating organisations are expected to submit their materials to the French National Agency by 4 September 2026, while the joint dissemination of the video on social media is planned for 5 October 2026, ahead of Erasmus Days 2026.
