Facebook live of the Information Session «Erasmus+ projects promotion, state registration and reporting in Ukraine» (24.12.2021, online)
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme Information Week in Ukraine, on 24 December 2021, NEO – Ukraine team organised Facebook webinar for project teams and potential applicants on “Erasmus+ projects promotion, state registration and reporting in Ukraine”.
Serhiy SHKABKO, State Expert of the Directorate for European Integration, Budgeting and Policy Coordination, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and Petro KRAINIK, NEO – Ukraine Manager, performed detailed presentation on “Registration of International Technical Assistance Missions and Reporting Projects”. Speakers stressed the important steps and elements of state registration, mandatory documents, useful materials and guidelines, etc.
NEO – Ukraine Coordinator Svitlana SHYTIKOVA presented the NEO – Ukraine website in order to find relevant information (instructions, templates, guidelines) for projects national registration and reporting. Speaker also highlighted the importance to promote Erasmus+ projects results and activities via various platforms and mentioned main stages of cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on at the national level.
Participants improved knowledge on Erasmus+ database with the participation of Ukrainian organisations, understanding of boosting cooperation, synergies and exchange of good practices, improved understanding of promotion and dissemination rules and national projects registration.
