Information session for representatives of H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University on the preparation and implementation of Erasmus+ projects (15.01.2025, Kharkiv)

On 15 January 2025, the team of the National Erasmus+ office – Ukraine held an information session for representatives of H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University on the preparation and implementation of Erasmus+ Programme projects. The event was organised at the initiative of the university to support current and future project proposals, particularly under the CBHE, KA2 and Jean Monnet actions.

Around 25 participants joined the event, including academic staff, administrative personnel, accountants, and project coordinators with a practical interest in the development, implementation, and management of Erasmus+ Programme projects.

During the session, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ office – Ukraine, provided clarifications on key stages of Erasmus+ grant implementation, particularly on financial management, internal approval procedures, administrative support, and recommendations for improving the quality of project proposals. Special attention was paid to new initiatives such as the project on the modernisation of the anatomical museum, preparation for the 2025 call, procurement issues, digital solutions, and the involvement of additional experts within the framework of project implementation.
