International Erasmus+ Week in Ukraine: Cluster Workshop for Capacity Building for Higher Education Projects on “How to Implement your Project Successfully and Manage the Grant Funds Smoothly” (06.11.2019, Kyiv)

TSNUK 18On 6 November 2019 the Cluster Workshop for Capacity Building for Higher Education Projects on “How to Implement your Project Successfully and Manage the Grant Funds Smoothly” was held in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

International Erasmus+ Week in Ukraine was organized jointly by National Erasmus+ office – Ukraine together with: Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine; Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Ukraine; the EU Delegation to Ukraine; Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA); Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Co-organizers: Erasmus+ Agencies from Programme Countries, National Erasmus+ Offices from Partner Countries, Programme and Partner Countries Universities.

About 120 participants from Bila Tserkva, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Dnipro, Drohobych, Horlivka, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Kryvyi Rih, Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Mariupol, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, Poltava, Sumy, Zaporizhya attended the event.

Opening speeches were made by Kateryna SUPRUN, State Expert at Analytics, Funding & International Relations Expert Group, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Petro BEKH, Vice-Rector on Research, Education and International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Cooperation with the Ministry, expected outcomes, dissemination, projects results exploitation and Impact presented Kateryna SUPRUN. The issues on How to Use the Grant within Capacity Building Projects and National Specifics for Projects implementation were highlighted by Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, NEO – Ukraine Coordinator.

Presentations of Olga GRYGORIV and Olga ZINYUK, Vasyl Stefanyk Pre-Carpathian National University were related to Tips and Tricks of Management, Reporting and Accounting specifics for Ukrainian Universities.

NEO-Ukraine manager Zhanna TALANOVA covered the issues of National Legislation for Quality Assurance. Ivanna ATAMANCHUK, NEO-Ukraine manager, highlighted the process of Project monitoring according to the EACEA Guidelines. Project registration process at the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine was presented by Petro KRAINIK, NEO-Ukraine manager.
