Meeting for the winners of the 2023 call – CBVET project “Horizontal VET Capacity Building for internationalisation and modernisation including innovation, digitalisation and sustainability by methodology transfer and exchange of good practices” (12.10.2023, online)

On 12 October 2023, a meeting with the winners of the CBVET project (2023 call) “Horizontal VET Capacity Building for internationalization and modernization including innovation, digitalization and sustainability through the transfer of methodology and exchange of best practices” innovation, digitalisation and sustainability by methodology transfer and exchange of good practices – CB-VET plus”) was organised.

9 participants joined the event.

Tetyana BILETSKA, deputy director of the MESU Reform Support Team and Zhanna TALANOVA, NEO-Ukarine Deputy; Project Manager; HERE team Coordinator addressed the participants with a welcome speeches.

The issues of implementation of CBVET projects were discussed during the meeting.

Speakers of the event Zhanna TALANOVA and Veronika TKACHENKO covered the next issues: requirements and procedures for the state registration of the project, rules for the use of EU grant funds, features of project management, visualization rules and requirements for disseminating information about the project and its results, quality assurance of the project results, international and national reporting. Recommendations on ways to solve problems related to the delay or impossibility of events organising; payments delay, equipment purchases, currency transfers; approaches to communication with the European coordinator, project partners, EACEA and NEO-Ukraine were also highlighted.
