Meeting of Erasmus+ institutional coordinators in Hungary (07.04.2022, online)

On 7 April 2022 NEO-Ukraine representative participated in the meeting of Erasmus+ institutional coordinators in Hungary.

During the event, the NEO-Ukraine Coordinator Svitlana SHYTIKOVA presented the situation in Ukraine and the impact on education, stakeholders and beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ Programme during the war. A general picture of the consequences and losses of the military invasion was presented, in particular among the Erasmus+ community: teachers, students, universities in general, and the challenges of project implementation. Also, during the event, participants learned about additional opportunities to support Ukrainians within Erasmus+, in particular, additional mobility. 61 coordinators from Hungarian higher education institutions took part in the event and 7 employees of the National Erasmus+ Agency of Hungary.
