Meeting on Reporting Requirements for the Implementation of Erasmus+ Youth Projects (17.07.2026, online)

On 17 July 2026, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine participated in the working meeting on reporting requirements for the implementation of Erasmus+ youth projects, organised at the initiative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. The event brought together beneficiaries of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Youth (CBY) projects to discuss project implementation results, reporting requirements, and opportunities for further cooperation.

During the meeting, project teams briefly presented the main achievements and outcomes of their projects, shared practical experience, and discussed current challenges encountered during the implementation of international technical assistance projects.

Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, together with representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, provided recommendations on preparing project reports, strengthening synergies among Erasmus+ projects, enhancing cooperation with other initiatives, and increasing the visibility and dissemination of project results.

The meeting also provided participants with an opportunity to exchange experience, discuss practical aspects of project implementation, and receive answers to questions related to grant implementation and reporting requirements.
