Participation in the Round table on the EU Days in Ukraine (18.05.2021, online)

On 18 May 2021, NEOs – Ukraine took part in the round table “Ukraine – Europe: together for the future”, organized by Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics with the support of the EU Delegation to Ukraine and the Department of Science and Education of City Council. The event was held on the Zoom platform, which was joined by about 80 students and university staff.

Kateryna ZHDANOVA, NEO – Ukraine Manager, highlighted opportunities for students and staff within education and youth spheres, stressed key aspects of successful participation to win grants for studying, trainings, internships and teaching, as well as scholarships for joint Erasmus Mundus master’s programs. Participants received clear recommendations and step-by-step instructions on how to participate and prepare documents to achieve successful results. Speaker also presented the new opportunities of the Erasmus+ Programme for 2021-2027 in the field of education and training, youth and sports.

Participants also had the opportunity to talk and hear about the experience of staying in EU countries, on the example of students – participants in international student mobility programs.
