Presentation of Erasmus+ Programme within the National Youth Forum “Democracy and I” (05.05.2019, Kyiv)

On 5 May 2019 National Youth Forum “Democracy and Me” took place in Kyiv. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, American Councils for International Education, National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, NGO “Ukrainian Alliance” within the European Youth Week 2019.

Young Ukrainians had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of European values and to discuss the main directions and priorities of the European Union policy. In addition, the participants learnt more about grant opportunities from the European Union for education, trainings and exchanges within the Erasmus+ Programme.

About 100 representatives of youth organizations, students and youth in general, experts in the field of youth, representatives of international organizations joined the event.
NEO in Ukraine representative presented the structure of the EU Erasmus+ Programme and grant opportunities for training, internships, exchanges, cooperation projects, European studies in the fields of higher education, youth and sport for a variety of actors.
