#ErasmusWinnersDay for institutional Erasmus+ coordinators, staff responsible for HEIs international cooperation and representatives of Erasmus+ projects-winners in the fields of Education, Training, Youth and Sport: specific features of projects implementation under the martial law in Ukraine (12.10.2026, online)

12 October 2026, 14:00-17:00. The National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine invites education institutions, youth and other organizations to participate in a webinar within ErasmusDays2026 in Ukraine “#ErasmusWinnersDay for institutional Erasmus+ coordinators, staff responsible for HEIs international cooperation and representatives of Erasmus+ projects-winners in the fields of Education, Training, Youth and Sport: specific features of projects implementation under the martial law in Ukraine”.

Events within the framework of ErasmusDays2026 in Ukraine are organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine (NEO – Ukraine) (EU funded project) jointly with and supported by co-organizers (further details are available in the ErasmusDays2026 concept description).

During the event participants will receive practical information on implementing Erasmus+ Programme projects within the in Education, Training, Youth, and Sport under the martial law in Ukraine. Specifically, the following key aspects will be addressed:

Key documents and regulations for Erasmus+ project implementation in accordance with the national legislation under the martial law in Ukraine.
Communication with the project coordinator / EACEA project officer, project management and reporting and regulatory documents under the martial law in Ukraine.
Visibility and dissemination of project results and the conduct of communication activities under the martial law in Ukraine.
State registration of projects as International Technical Assistance (ITA) in Ukraine.
Reporting and preparation of monitoring cards (for ITA projects) and documentation for ex-post audits in Ukraine to ensure proper record-keeping of implementation and achieved results.
Specifics of grant fund management under the martial law in Ukraine.

When? 12 October 2026, 14:00 – 17:00 (Kyiv time).

Where? Online, Zoom, and online broadcast on the YouTube channel.

Target audience: heads and staff of HEIs, VET, youth, sport and other organisations – project partners, winners of the 2026 Erasmus+ call in the fields of Education, Youth and Sport (KA1, KA2, Jean Monnet).
