EU PROGRAMME ERASMUS+ CBHE WINNERS’ DAY: seminar «How to implement project successfully» (21.12.2020, online)
On 21 December 2020 the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine within a series of webinars for EU Erasmus+ project implementers organized cluster event “ERASMUS+ CBHE WINNERS’ DAY: seminar “How to implement project successfully” for CBHE project teams (Vice-rectors for International Relations, projects’ teams & Erasmus+ contacts, International Relation Offices, Accountants). The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) with the cooperation of Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions.

More than 120 participants – Vice-rectors for International Relations, projects’ teams & Erasmus+ contacts, International Relation Offices, Accountants – joined the the Zoom webinar. In addition, during the day, the Facebook live was viewed by more than 3 400 users.
All participants were welcomed by ANDRII VITRENKO, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Belen ENCISO, Project Officer, Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency; and • Vira RYBAK, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine. The event was moderated by Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine (EU project).
The online event consisted of 2 parts, during which participants learned about: EU-funded Programme Erasmus+ guides and practicalities for successful project implementation; strengthening cooperation with the Ministry on expected outcomes, dissemination, projects results exploitation and impact; management, reporting and accounting specifics for Ukrainian universities.
In addition, during the online event, participants had the opportunity to get to know each other through projects’ video presentations and chat with representatives of successful projects to share experiences on real cases.
