International Informational Week: Cooperation Projects Day (КА2): Capacity Building in Higher Education, Strategic Partnerships, Knowledge Alliances, Capacity Building in Youth Calls for Proposals 2019 (5.11.2018, Kyiv)
On 5 November 2018 the Cooperation Projects Day (КА2): Capacity Building in Higher Education, Strategic Partnerships, Knowledge Alliances, Capacity Building in Youth Calls for Proposals 2019 was held in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
The event was organised with the support of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. During the event participants learned about national priorities in the field of Higher Education, international dimension and novelties of Call’19, practical guidelines for successful CBHE proposals.
About 260 participants (vice-rectors for international cooperation, Erasmus+ contacts, international relation offices, project offices, higher education and research institutions, other potential partners including NGOs, business representatives) attended the event.
Opening speeches were made by Frederik COENE, First Secretary, Head of Section, Local Governance, Regional Development, Social Policy, Culture, Civil Society, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, Yuriy RASHKEVYCH, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Sylvain RIGOLLET, Attaché de Coopération Scientifique et Universitaire chez, Ambassade de France en Ukraine and Petro BEKH, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
National priorities in the field of Higher Education were highlighted by Yuriy RASHKEVYCH, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine. In accordance with the presentation of NEO-Ukraine representatives – Svitlana SHYTIKOVA and Ivanna ATAMANCHUK, related to the Partnership search, specifics to avoid duplication and tips for proposals, participants got key recommendations on Partnership search and specifics to avoid duplication and tips for proposals.
Lubov ZINYUK from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and Kostyantyn KYRYCHENKO from Sumy State University provided presentations on practical guidelines for successful CBHE proposals. The increase the level of newcomers among NGOs, the event included part on Strategic Partnerships, Knowledge Alliances, Capacity Building for Youth, presenting experience of Borys Grinchenko National University by Nataliya MORZE.
Improved awareness of Erasmus+ for potential applicants and higher education stakeholders in general. Improved knowledge of the Erasmus+ for beneficiaries (organisations and individuals). Improved knowledge and project management of Erasmus+ beneficiaries (organisations and individuals). Improved management and implementation of Erasmus+ projects. Maximized impact and long term sustainability of project. Project results disseminated.
