International Informational Week: Jean Monnet Day: Workshops (8.11.2018, Kyiv)
On 8 November 2018 Jean Monnet Day within International Erasmus+ Week In Ukraine was held in Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.
The event was organised with the support of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, HERE team experts and representatives of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project from Ivan Franko Lviv National University.
More than 200 participants (Jean Monnet projects’ teams and coordinators of current projects (2016-2018 calls), Erasmus+ contacts, international relation offices, accountants) joined the workshops.
Opening speeches were given by Liubov SHCHITKA, Acting Head, Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Nataliia VINNIKOVA, Vice-Rector for Research, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.
Within the “Jean Monnet Day: Workshops”, Part 1 was dedicated to experienced representatives and provided presentations on Guidelines on How to Use the Grant (management, implementation, visibility rules, reporting). Tips and Tricks from Ukrainian Universities winners of the projects). The speaker of Part 1 were: Petro KRAINIK, NEO-Ukraine, Irina SIKORSKA, HERE Ukraine and Oksana GOLOVKO-GAVRYSHEVA, Ivan Franko Lviv National University.
Also HERE team expert Iryna SIKORSKA and NEO-Ukraine Coordinator Svitlana SHYTIKOVA presented the experience of project implementation in line with national peculiarities.
Part 2 was dedicated to newcomers stressed the Guidelines on How to Write Project Proposal provided by Petro KRAINIK, NEO-Ukraine, Irina SIKORSKA, HERE Ukraine and Oksana GOLOVKO-GAVRYSHEVA, Ivan Franko Lviv National University. To highlight the experience of Jean Monnet project winners, participants got key recommendations from Irina SIKORSKA, HERE Ukraine.
Increased cooperation, synergies and exchanges of good practices between Erasmus+ projects. Improved management and implementation of Erasmus+ projects. Maximized impact and long term sustainability of project. Improved knowledge of the Erasmus+ for beneficiaries (organisations and individuals). Increased cooperation, synergies and exchanges of good practices between Erasmus+ projects. Improved knowledge and project management of Erasmus+ beneficiaries (organisations and individuals). Project results disseminated.
