Dear Erasmus+ Projects Coordinators and beneficiaries!
On behalf of the Erasmus+ Community – Ukraine, we are honoured to invite you to discuss challenges and possible solutions on specifics for implementation of the projects during Martial Law in Ukraine!
What? Specifics of EU’s Programme Erasmus+ Projects implementation during martial law in Ukraine.
When? 6 March 2025 (14.20-17.00 Brussels time/ 15.20-18.00 Kyiv time).
What format? Webinar for Erasmus+ Projects Beneficiaries – online via zoom platform.
Organised by: National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ministry of Youth and Sport of Ukraine.
Why? To make the consortia implementing Erasmus+ projects in Ukraine aware of the need to anticipate a series of measures as a result of (1) the war (safety and security, financial transfers, etc.) and the enforcement of the martial law (registration, mobility, procurement of equipment); (2) the Education sector reform and the subsequent gradual merger process of Ukrainian universities as well as youth and sport sectors priorities.
Who is target audience? Coordinators, partners and participants to consortia implementing Erasmus+ projects / activities in Ukraine and with Ukrainian partners.
Expected outcome:
A first-hand specific information from officials and experts on specifics of the implementation of the projects during martial law in Ukraine.
Practical guidelines and recommendations on:
- when and how to register a project in Ukraine;
- what steps to take to ensure the timely procurement/purchase and delivery of equipment;
- how to anticipate the impact of a merger of institutions on a project implementation.
Language? English (no translation).
